LSH 5 days post op and stitches already working themselfs out

my incisions was stitched from inside then glued closed the one that opened and hd very small amount of puss has had a stitch workits self out is this normal also when i cough my belly button incision seperats some not bad it is sealed on the inside but the oter part opens enough that you can see white under it i go to the dr inthe morning just wanting to know if this is normal or am i having issues with healing right
