Post op 9 Days Da Vinci Going up stairs

Hi have being having problems with my periods since 5 years ago after I had my daughter. I Started having terrible heavy periods, migraines, skin rashes, spots all over my body. Went to the doctor and tried some hormones, birth control and nothing worked. A year half ago decided to try an ablation that worked for exactly a good year. Saw a different doctor his solution was another ablation and maybe tiding my tubes. Well by then I gad read plenty about ablations and my answered was No. In August 2011 my stomach was huge looked and thought I was pregnant went to the same Dr. had a ultra sound per my request and found out that I had two fibriods. Finally went to a new Dr recommended by a few friends and with him after lots of test and an ultra sound decided that the best thing for me was a hystorectomy leaving my ovaries and he did the Da Vinci it was nine days ago. I feel some discorfort nothing too extreme. Went to my one week check he said I looked great and told me my uterus was very large and not a good color, my cervic was irritated, and I had Adenomyosis; that even thought I may feel great to becarful for another five weeks. No bending, heavy lifting, or sex. I already feel the difference so happy. But I live in a town home and asked my Dr if it was ok to go up and down he said yes. Just was curious what women who had the same thing could tell me. Thank you.
