hormones, which ones are the best?

Going to ask my doc for HRT, and am just curious if anyone can recommend a certain brand of cream that I can ask him to prescribe.

There really no one that is "best". The best one is the one that works best for you. Everyone is different, what works for me may not work for you. Some women do better on oral delivery, some on a patch and some with creams.

Do keep in mind that you are still early post op and it may take some time for whatever you and your doctor choose to work.
