Surgery Type: LAVH

Ovaries: Kept 1 or both

Hot Flashes that last 30 minutes?!?!?

I'm almost four weeks post-op and in the past week I've been sweating through the sheets and wake up freezing. So I pile on my blankets, sweat though those, wake up freezing... and repeat. The last few days I've had sensations of hot flashes. I will be hot and sweat profusely for about 30 minutes. Many times during the day. I am absolutely miserable. Are than any remedies to hot flashes or at least something that can help?
