Miserable

So I had a tah with the exception of leaving my left ovary on april 27th. Then on July 19 I had a mass that grew on the left collecting a fluid mass of 2 liters and was growing into my bowel. I had to have an emergency surgery and they put a drain in. That was infected in 2 weeks so needed pulled. Now I am on Lupron to suppress what was feedining the mass. I am on week 3.5 and am miserable. Depressed, hot flashes, mood swings, weak, awful joint pain....and the list goes on. My migraine hasn't gone away in 3 days. I don't know whether to call the dr or just go to the er because I feel like I'm losing it. At least to get rid of the migraine. I have imitrex and it's doing nothing. I need help and support I'm so miserable!!!

Re: Miserable

I would say call your doctor but with it being a weekend the doctor on call you probably tell you to go to the er. So hun I would just go to the er. I wouldn't wait until Monday to call the office. You should be seen now. Good luck and let us know how you are doing.

Re: Miserable

Hi kimmygoob, I am sending hugs your way. I am so sorry you are going through all of this. I hope you decided to go to the er. You have too much going on not to get checked. A 3 day migraine is enough to go and that is just part of your symptoms. I Hope they are able to give you some relief. Hugs. Hugs. Hugs.

Re: Miserable

I am saying a prayer for you now. It sounds as though you have gone through a great deal and have had some major changes in you're body and to your body. Seek help and get some relief...a little is better than none.

Try to think of good things to pull your spirits up...I say this as I am rocking my little granddaughter to sleep and having a hot flash...lol

Praying for physical and emotional relief for you.

Re: Miserable

Thank you girls! I did go to the er like you recommended. They gave me. Shot of dialaudid and benadryl and I feel so much better with the headache!! I feel at least functionable. I am going to call dr Monday for a talk. I don't want to throw the towel in yet, but I can't feel like this with three young children and a full time job!! Anyone else have a bad reaction to Lupron??
