23 yr old having hyst May 12 need support

....my Lavh. I was diagnosed with severe PCOS 2 years ago ( but have had it I believe since the beginning of periods at age 9). I know that it won't cure my PCOS but will make a huge difference as far as cramping and severe bleeding. I am not having my ovaries removed (yet). SHe is going to try leaving them and doing an ovarian wedge resection and see how that goes first. That is suppose to reduce PCOS symptoms and cysts ( I hope). I am very nervous, but am hopeful this will help make a difference in my life. I am tired of bleeding 3 weeks out of the month. I am very lucky and blessed to have 2 beautiful children. My son is 5 and was born when I was 18. My daughter is almost 4. I am not sure how I lucked out with this, but I am not questioning it.
