SLEEPLESS IN YONKERS

Hi Suzanne, the sleepless nights are a real pain aren't they, kept d/h up many a night tossing and turning and trying to get comfy. Might be worth having a word with the doc mention the legs to. I had a bit of trouble with mine and doc gave me some support hose to wear, thank goodness they now do them in black. Are you still on pain killers, my doctor explained that my problem in the early days when I was wide awake virtually 24 hours was a reaction to the medication - apparantly they either make you very sleepy or have the opposite affect, why couldn't I be sleepy. You might consider the herbal remedies for sleep problems or the herbal teas that are out. It does get easier with time. Just sorry there is no magic answer.

Keep smiling

SLEEPLESS IN YONKERS

Hi suzanne- im 6 weeks today and still not sleeping well- also restless legs. I rest during the day but dont usually sleep. I tried taking Excedrin PM for the last few nights and it seemed to take away the fidgets and make me sleep for a few hours anyway- so kinda taking care of both with one solution! I wonder now if its become a habit to be awake at night? I do tend to turn on the radio or tv because im wide awake-- might be a vicious circle
