Home and feeling great!

I actually came home on Friday, but have had so many visitors, this is the first opportunity to write to you all.

I can't believe how well I feel! - Surgery went very well. I got by on just ordinary painkillers. Since Friday I have needed no pain relief at all!!

I can't praise the hospital enough, they really did treat me like a real princess. I was so well - I became the community visitor, so I made lots of lovely friends there, and spread the word about Hyster Sisters!

I still have my results to follow, but I'm feeling very positive, and so is my surgeon.

In my experience, the worst part was: - <THE WAITING!!>

God Bless you all.

LB.

Home and feeling great!

welcome home and that's great about how you're feeling - you went in 2 days before me. I'm feeling quite good (except for some gas) but am taking full advantage of having my mother here and letting her do ALL my housework! She likes it....honest!

Home and feeling great!

Thanks, ladies for your replies. I am lucky that I have my husband home, and he can cook and clean.

I also had a BIG surprise when I arrived home. Before my Op. I bought new furniture. Trust me to like something a completely different colour than my living room!!

The furniture was delivered on the day of my op. How my family managed it, I will never know! - In between visiting me; my husband, 3 sons and D/In/Laws, completely redecorated my living room, and laid laminate flooring. it looks beautiful. I am so lucky to have such a caring family.

Now I really must go and get some rest!!

Report back very soon.

God Bless.

Home and feeling great!

Congratulations, Princess LB,

I am so glad your surgery and castle stay went so well. Please remember to take care of yourself - rest lots, drink lots, and walk some.

Good luck for a continued uneventful recovery.

Blessings,
Sallie
