Two days since surgery. Didn't take any thing stronger than an extra strength Tylenol and my iron today! No pain!! Sore in joints, which is probably from when they put your feet up in the air and turn you into a wish bone for the surgery. They do it while you are asleep.

The catheter thing was no big deal. Had to get out of bed and go for my walk Monday night and carry it with me. Got to trudge passed the nurses station with this gorgeous guy nurse popping his dinner in the microwave while carrying my bag! I knew that all would be well if this concerned me! They took the cath. out the next morning which did not hurt.

The most taxing thing I've done today is use the remote control for switching to the next movie! I get up and walk around a bit and then go back to bed. I'm feeling great. Who would have believed this is all the worse it gets!
Love,
Miranda

Sounds like you're doing everything right! Keep resting and taking those little walks...and switch your remote-changing fingers or you'll get a callous!

Isn't is just amazing how the wait really is the worst part? No matter how many times you hear that, it is just incredible how true it is!

Keep us updated on your recovery!
