Hi! I just had my 2 week post op visit. My dr ok'd walking for exercise, but less than a mile. I took a short walk this morning, and it felt good, but I was tired afterward! She did not ok any other activities yet. I go back at six weeks post op. One thing she told me is to listen to my body. Stop when it says stop! I think you should check with your dr about the treadmill and biking... Good luck!

I've been walking a lot. We have dogs, but my husband holds the leashes. I would be afraid of riding bike, because it would sure hurt if I fell off or leaned the wrong way. I never asked doctor about biking, so I don't know, but I am enjoying my leisurely walks a lot. I went for 45 minutes yesterday. So far no problems! I think it's good for body AND mind to get outside and get moving! I figure my body will tell me if I'm overdoing it.
