Bleeding and more 6 mon post op

I had a LSH in May and kept everything but the uterus. I have had no bleeding since surgery at all until the past 4-6wks. First time was just a brown smudge on the TP, then 2 wks later it was the same thing. Yesterday it was a bright red streak.Though in general things have gone fine since the surgery I do seem to get some type of swelling/pelvic pressure off/on that can at times get so bad it pushes on my rectum. Tried going to UC once and they couldn't figure out what was wrong but they didn't seem to try very hard either. I also get really bad pain when I get aroused. It feels like things are getting too swollen. I was recently diagnoised with PCOS so not sure if this is playing into things as well. I did schedule an apt for tomorrow but curious if the mini periods can seriously not show up until 6 month later?? or could this be something else do you think?

Hello- I do not know about your bleeding issue, but I too get sore/ pain when aroused so you are not alone there. Good luck!
