Freakin out! Need a new closet!
oh, my goodness its almost time-- I am so scared. I can't do anything with out bringing up the surgery. I think everyones tired of hearing about it. I will be talking about something, and just have to throw in something related to the Hyst. I don't know what I am doing.... I don't really go to sleep, I hear every noise in the house. I am wide awake about 4 and just lay there. I am so sick of this!!!
Monday is almost here, I feel like a babbling nimcapoop. I can't concentrate or talk right or even do my daily things with out screwin something up. My husband thinks I am losin it. I think its aready gone.
I am gonna build yet another closet this ones gonna have pain meds and a message therapist. Everyone who is a princess or about to be is invited.
Sister losin it,
Leslie

Wow! I couldn't have written your post better myself. I am a 12/8, and am going through exactly what you are word for word.
The only difference you didn't mention was bursting into tears at the drop of a hat. Other than that-BINGO. Thanks for writing my post for me. Add my name, Mary

Can definitely relate. I'm going on the 12/23 for tah-keeping ovaries and cervix. I'm not crying so much as eating everything in sight. Its like i'm trying to fill some void that isn't even there yet. And my period just came. So, of course I'm thinkin' 'wow-this will be my very last period in my whole entire life.'
I've had it since I was 11, and now I'm 41. They say that we even mourn the loss of bad things that we're accustomed to-like cigarettes, and such. I guess, it's natural then to be nervous, and anxious about giving up such an emotional laden part of our anatomy-even if it's not doing us right. They say it gets better. Good luck on your surgery and closet building. Please let me know how it all turns out. I went for my pre-op exam yesterday (uterus still the size of a 6 mo. pregnancy thanks to fibroids), and I go for the pre-adm testing tomorrow. Each visit make this whole thing more real, and more scary. Thank God for those cyber sisters out there who are helping to make this journey smoother.
God Bless.
Jhe
