anyone with a cold after?

I am one day away from being 7 weeks post op. I came down with a cold yesterday. It started with a sore throat then went to the nose. Before, this cold I was doing great! no pain at all!

So, I am trying to see if this was from my 6 week check up on Tuesday or my cold I got yesterday....

My belly hurts. I think it's from the sneezing and blowing nose, but it could be from the checkup.

So, if you have been sick, did it cause your belly to hurt? It hurts when I sneeze or blow my nose, so I think this is it. My tummy reflexes/tightens you know, which causes pain.

After, your 6 week internal check up if you had one, how long did that hurt?

Should I call the doctor and tell them I have a cold and am pretty sure that is what is making my belly hurt? Will they be able to give me something? What should I do? I am about to take a pain pill because it hurts so bad.

I had my 5 week check up last Tuesday. On Friday, I started coming down with a cold and was miserable over the weekend. I am starting to feel better now. I didn't have much pain after my exam, but my belly did hurt when I was sneezing a lot.

I didn't think to call my dr. It feels like this thing is just running its course. However, I do think it hit me harder b/c I am still recovering from my hyst. I had been doing really well, but spent much of the weekend back on the couch, something I wouldn't normally need to do for a cold.

That is good to know that I am not the only one. Well, not good that we are sick, but good that I know that I am not the only one that feels this way from a cold. Before, a cold would not get to me like this, but since I am still recovering, wow. It hurts real bad when I am sneezing. I broke down and took a pain pill. I didn't want to, but I am starting to feel a little better. That could also be since I have not sneezed anymore yet.
