Hot Flashes Anyone???

I had a TAH on June 17th but still have my ovaries......for the last few weeks I have been having hot flashes. I am 56 years old and have been post-menopausal for about 7 years. Why am I getting hot flashes? Anyone out there experiencing the same thing?:

Hi I'm 42 had TVH on 22 July and I kept my ovaries. I too have had hot flashes since the op! At first occasionally but past couple of days its been constant. I have wondered if this was due to hormones all over the place or something more like ovaries not working due to loss of blood supply!!?

I'm 39 and had a TAH/RSO on Aug 3rd. I have had two extreme hot flashes and since then they have tapered. Now my body just gets a little warm. I was told that my hormones are adjusting and to give it time.
