Sharp shooting vaginal pain 4 wks po

I am a single mom and I had a lap hysterectomy on nov 29th. just my uterous. It was harder than I thought. Now I am having worse pain than ever swelling sharp shooting pain lower abdomen and in my vagina and anus area. I am sick of the pain. ibuprofen does nothing. Is this normal or should I be concerned. It hurt so bad on christmas day I did not want to move or even breathe. My doctor is 2 hours away and I do not want to go less I have to. no fever though I dont get fevers and incisions look fine. can anyone help?

I have the same pains from time to time. I had LAVH on 12/2. Some times i feel great and other times i am doubled over with the same pain you are describing. I think it is pretty normal as the stitches in the vaginal cuff heal. Good luck!
