hysterectomy 7 months ago and in constant pain

I had my hysterectomy in June 2009. I was in pain and the only soilution was surgery. Ever since then I have had horrible pain. It started under my shoulder blade then spread to my arm. I found out that was a pinched nerve. Then my other shoulder started hurting then my lower back right hip area. And the headaches are horrible. Now my sternum hurts and I have a large painful lump right below my collar bone. I went to the ER and they took xrays and said they didnt know what it was. I feel like I traded one pain for a whole new set of them. I am 29 and cant function like a 29 year old. I am always hurting. My doc put me on premarin which really did help for a couple weeks but now I hurt worse. UGH!!!! any ideas what I can try next. Should I see a different kind of doc? Sorry this is so scattered. Lack of sleep makes my mind not function properly.
