Vaginal fluid at 7 weeks post hysterectomy

I am 7 weeks post op hysterectomy and still have vaginal fluid loss that I have to wear tena pads. Has anyone had a similar experience?

I did have a lot of it before my surgery, actually the D&C two months before. Now I know most of it was vaginal not urine. Still have some urine leakage but not as much as I thought but still have to wear a pad to keep pants dry, especially when I sneeze, blow my nose or cough!

Might be worth checking it out.

Is it clear? Is there enough to soak a pad? Have you had a post op check to ensure your cuff is totally healed yet?

The vaginal discharge is clear and odorless. The dr told me it was peritoneal fluid escaping from a small hole in the cuff. At my last check he told me that the hole is closed. I am perplexed as to why this discharge continues. I have an appointment to see him this Tuesday, hopefully I am able to get some answers.
