Ovaries: Kept 1 or both

Light blood found morning after sex

Sorry if TMI ladies... but I had sex for the first time in almost 2 years and it's been 8 month since surgery. This morning after urinating I found light blood on tissue, clearly from vagina. I had felt some slight discomfort during sex but dismissed it because it's been so long. I wore a pad today just in case. I have no uterus or cervix. Wondering what it could be from? Maybe a tear somewhere?
