dVH/RALH 3 Months Post/Pelvic Pain

I had hysterectomy on Dec 11 2012, so just about 13 weeks ago, everything gone except ovaries. I went back to work at 8 weeks full on no light duty no restrictions. I have a physically demanding job, I work 12 hr shifts on my feet the whole time less 2 20 min breaks. I am constantly lifting atleast 40 lbs and bending and reaching, When I get home at night I have a very dull achey pain in my pelvic bone area, and for some strange reason it feels like someone has been kicking my in my ribcage in the back. I am having period like cramps low in my back and just a general feeling of BLAHH. Anyone have any insight at all. I called my dr I am waiting to hear back, I just wanted to hear your thoughts.
