I think my uterus knows it's getting evicted next month with my hysterectomy!

I just started my last shark week and my uterus is throwing a BF!

I've been very fortunate to not have bad cycles since having my daughter 12 years ago. I'd have a 1 maybe 2 cycles that give me cramps. I'm sorry for you ladies you have had really bad cycles. My daughter started her menses in November and she's already regular (starts the beginning of the month), me right after her. My poor hubby!

And I have an exam tomorrow!!!!!

this is what my uterus is doing!

I told my husband and mother the exact same thing yesterday! It's as if she's saying, "You can kick me out, but I can make your life a living hell until then!"

Re: I think my uterus knows it's getting evicted next month with my hysterectomy!

My Easter was spent sitting on a couch with horrid cramping. I keep telling myself that this is the last one. Actually I am glad that I hurt because it helped me keep my resolve to go through with surgery despite my MIL second guessing me all day. "Who would choose to go through Menopause and all the risks"...blah blah blah. SIGH

Re: I think my uterus knows it's getting evicted next month with my hysterectomy!

I finally told my MIL today, she said she is sorry and knew I wanted more kids (she doesn't know DH got a vasectomy 10 years ago). We are planning to adopt after I finish nursing school.

I was told by my gyno last year my uterus was prolapsing, but never had any problems. Went this year to a different one and he said "oh yeah, it's down alright. "

I'm weighing the positives and negatives. Still second guessing it though

I'm so sorry you are going through this! My MIL arrives on Friday and I don't know how I'm going to get through it. You would think we told her I was going to cut off my head. (((Hugs))) from a fellow May 14th sister.

Re: I think my uterus knows it's getting evicted next month with my hysterectomy!

Mine has been playing withy emotions all month. I have been bleeding off and on for 2 weeks, one day was very dark brown blood. The cramping has been bad, I can usually get through it. This month I am having more contraction like pains.

I am supposed to go in 2 days for the hysterectomy. I am praying the kids cooperate. They have been sick off and on since last week.
