I know it's been said before, but the waiting is the hardest part! Start pampering yourself tonight. Cuddle with someone you love and watch a good movie. Talk to friends on the phone....or write to your hystersisters. Keep your mind occupied and before you know it it will be over! Wishing you peace, strength and courage! I had mine over a year ago and other than trying to get my HRT figured out (I had a BSO too), I feel better than ever. I've struggled with depression and headaches related to my estrogen levels, but that's it. I was off work for about 6 weeks, took it slowly getting back into my routine. Now for the most part I feel great. Good luck to you!!

My best advice--don't overdo it during your recovery. I had one minor setback b/c I lifted too much by accident (my first trip out of the house on my own I went to the library and carried out too many books). Stick with your doctor's orders and you'll be fine!
