10 days post op dvh lots of pressure in bladder/pubic bone area?

Hi everyone like I said 10 days post op dvh & I don't know if I have to have a BM, I went 2 times yesterday (tmi), but I have this constant pressure/pain (cramping) behind my pelvic bone out to my ovaries. Almost like where my bikini line is.
Maybe its gas??

I am one day behind you (same procedure) and have similar uncomfortable feeling today. I also have more pelvic pressure today than I have previously, like I went for a long bike ride.
I decided it must be healing pain, things that were numb coming back to life and maybe some gas or other bowel issues.
