Bleeding and pain from non-dissolved stitches

I had a hysterectomy 4 years ago.
In august of 2013, I started to have bleeding and pain. They first diagnosed me with a severe UTI. It appeared the bleeding was from the urinary tract, after all, I had a hysterectomy and no reason to bleed vaginally.
Below is my journey so far and where I am now:
1. Went to urgent care. they said I had a severe urinary tract infection
and gave me 3 days of IV antibiotics. Then they gave me a 10 day
antibiotic to take
2. I then Went to my PCP since I was still bleeding after 4 weeks and
still showing an infection and blood in my urine. She referred me to
an urologist.
3. Went to the urologist. Took urine test and found infection and still
bleeding. He did a cystography to check my bladder. He found it
was ok. Also did a CAT scan and no problems. At this point, he felt that I was bleeding vaginally. Bladder looked ok and didn't believe there was blood in the urine from the urinary tract.
4. He referred me to an OB/GYN. I went to the OB/GYN and upon
doing an internal exam, he saw 3 stitches at the top of my
vagina on the cervical cuff. They also used a catheter to catch my urine bypassing the blood coming from the vaginal area and still found blood in my urine. He said he never saw this before
and didn't know how to proceed.
5. He sent me to a specialistmOB/GYN urologist. This doctor
said that it was common that the dissolvable stitches didn't
dissolve. He scheduled me for surgery to remove the stitches
and get another cystography.
Now all of this took until around the 7th of December. My pain has been horrible, i have nausea and weakness and have been bed bound from all of this for the last month and a half. I stressed all of this to the new doctor and asked if he could get me in for surgery ASAP so I could start to feel better. he said sure. They scheduled me for jan 21 around the 10th of december. I was upset since this didn't appear to be addressing an urgent situation I had. However, there wasn't anything I could do to try and persuade them to move the date up. I then received a call a couple days ago they moved it out til jan 28th.
I went to a new doctor today to try and get someone that cares about the pain, bleeding, and depression I have from all of this. The new doctor said that he does NOT believe these could be dissolvable stitches because he said they should have dissolved. It has been 4 years. The op report from the hysterectomy states that they used dissolvable 0 vicryl sutures. The doctor today said no way they were dissolvable vicryl sutures.
Has anyone experienced problems with the vicryl sutures? or problems with any other dissovable sutures/stitches not dissolving internally?
Also, does anyone know if ONLY dissolvable sutures should be used internally since the new doctor is convinced these aren't.
Has anyone else had these kind of problems? I am so sick and so tired and just wish I would get some sense of urgency from these doctors. Even the new doctor doesn't believe he will be able to do surgery any time soon.
I need some answers please. Thank you!
