Post total abdominal hysterectomy Pain at 14 weeks

Hi Sisters,

I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice.

I am still in a considerable amount of pain at 14 weeks post TAH including ovaries.

I am starting ultrasound sessions with a physio this week as my Gynae seems to think I have nerve damage in my right hand side which is a constant pain, but I am still also in pain just above the incision right across my tummy and wondered if anyone else out there has suffered the same, including trying the ultrasound for the nerve damage.

I am back at work at the moment on a phased return and due to go back full time next week but I am really struggling, though I haven't told work that because my sick pay has run out and I can't afford not to work.

I am still taking tramadol, paracetamol and also brufen when the pain gets really bad but would be very interested know others thoughts if they are still suffering too.
