yogi321--the binders have velcro and the hospital nurses were able to cobble something together for me that fit well and offered a lot of support.

I got tired of wearing it (had to wear for 5 weeks because of the incision opening problem) especially when it was warm out, but there's no doubt it really helped me out a lot with a lot of much-needed extra support.
