LAVH what does the future hold?

I have been stressing myself out over the past several days on what am I to look forward to in the future.
I am 30 years old and had lavh with ovary removal. I have to be careful on the amount of estrogen I take do to a clotting disorder. I had my procedure on April 16th it has been an interesting ride to say the least thus far.
I would like to know some women's experience who have had a complete gutting of everything on what I can expect in the years to come with and without estrogen. Am I going to age quicker? Have I pretty much just turned into a fifty old women and my bones are going to slowly get weaker, etc.
