Adhesion pain 3 months post total vaginal hysterectomy

hi. I'm 3 mo PO TVH. Does anyone else experience this pain that seems to be provoked by eating and exercising? From all my self researching, adhesions seem to be the culprit. Help!

Ovaries: Removed both

I had pain after eating or exercising and I figured it out that it was from what I was eating!! Gas pains but they feel different. If I stay away from high fibre,it feels better. Ugh, I like that stuff!

thabk you for your reply. I'm going to cut out starches and high fiber today and see how it goes. Wonder if it will ever go back to normal.
