My supervisor is trying to help me the best way he knows how (he's very young and unfamiliar with women) Company policy is if you don't clock in for so many days. The system automatically terminates you....it sucks. I feel yuck. I needed this TAH for many reasons but I still feel blahhhh..........
Would it allow you to go back for half a day, then take off a few more days without termination?

Re: new here and newly post op

I had my surgery on the 30th and haven't even saw my dr yet for the post-op checkup. He told me from the very beginning I would be out at least 6 weeks and that was with it orginally being laproscopic surgery. Two weeks doesn't sound right at all.

Re: new here and newly post op

I spoke with my supervisor today and he said whatever has to be done. I do not even know that my Dr. will release me to return to work. I go to the Dr. on Thursday, I know that I have to have a written release with out it I won't be going back. I am hoping though that I can buy a little more time. It's hard being out though I am a single mother and all of my family lives in south Florida. Things always find a way to work out the way they were meant to be and I decided that I am not going to push the dr. into returning to work. I don't feel I am quite up to it yet.
