No bleeding post-op - unusual?

Hello to all and hope you are all doing well! I am feeling much better today however it's occurred to me since I left hosp on sat I have had no bleeding whatsoever... Not seeing my consultant till next thurs just wondering if this unusual??

I had da vinci total hysterectomy and i have no bleeding. I am 3 weeks postop. But i guess since I had my cervix removed to so dont know where it would come from.

I'm 8 days DvH and I haven't had any bleeding either...I asked my dr on Monday at post op appt and she said it was normal....some people don't bleed...

I didn't bleed either. Good thing because I loathe pads.

I had TAH one month ago and I didn't bleed at all. Not even in the hospital. I was also wondering if it is normal.

I had TAH, kept ovaries only, am 7 weeks out today and have had no bleeding whatsoever. Some ladies on my post op thread didn't have bleeding until 3 and 4 weeks out, many had none and some just the week post surgery. Seems to be a huge range of experiences with all the different surgery types. Good luck in your healing!

I had a Da Vinci total Hysterectomy on 1/22/13 and I haven't had any bleeding at all .... YAY!!

I haven't since I was in the hospital and its been 3 weeks since DaVinci for me as well.

I also had the Da Vinci method and I didn't experience any bleeding. I asked my doctor and she said that it wasn't cause for concern.

My DvH was 12/21 and they took everything. I had no bleeding until three weeks after. It was on a day that I did more walking than usual so I just thought it might be that. It was enough to fill a panty liner. Since then, I've only had one or two days that I've had more of a pink discharge rather than true bleeding.
