Nausea

It's been 4 weeks since my hysterectomy and I started back to work full time on Tuesday. Today, I feel like I've been hit by a train. I am cramping after not cramping for 2 days and I a feel so SICK to my stomach! Has anyone experienced this before?

Yes, I am also 4 weeks out and have had days like this! Out of the blue I'll just feel so sick to my stomach and crampy (like period cramps). I will also feel fine and then complete fatigue within an mater of an hour. Seems like this is pretty normal...just hard to adjust too! Hang in there!!

I'm guessing your body wanted 8 weeks at home recovering - try and take it easy.
