Hysterectomy (TVH) and posterior repair. 3 weeks post and having cramping and urine issues

Hey! New here, but I've been reading about everyone's experiences. I had a vaginal hysterectomy with posterior repairs. I'm almost 3wks post and I'm having issues. The first week and a half I had bad bladder issues. I wasn't going like I should and it was causing extra pain. After that my bladder "woke up" and I've been fine. All my pain went away. Now I'm dripping urine here and there and I think I overdid it on Mother's Day! Lots of back pain and cramps. Besides the bladder stuff I haven't had problems... My doc is new to the practice and I'm thinking she overlooked things? She never even checked my incisions at my 1wk appt. I'm confused in all of this and I've been so tired lately. I do know that being tired is very normal, but when do u call your doc after pains and urine problems?

I'd be calling tomorrow. You've developed new symptoms. Better safe than sorry. Easy to check for a UTI as well. Tell them you want to be seen ASAP. Hopefully it's nothing. Not sure what you did or how much maybe you overdid it but should be settling by now I'd think.
