Belly HUGE Tonight!

I am scheduled for a TAH-BSO on 10-04-04 for abnormal bleeding, terrible pain and fibroids. For the past couple of months the belly at the biggest point has measured about 33 inches around with a tape measure since the probems started. Tonight, it is huge and measuring 45 inches around. That is a foot more that it has been! What in the world???? Has anyone else ever had anything like this happen! I look like a beached whale and my back is killing me and I feel like my sides are going to split wide open! Rondaroo

Since my cancer symptoms started about 6 months ago I noticed that my stomache has been getting bigger but I thought it was just from me eating less healthy due to not wanting to stand and cook in pain. Is stomache swelling a normal part of cancer and other gyn disorders?
