mucus type blood tinged large amount

my name is linda. Had tvh on oct 6. no bleeding until 11 day po. aon oct 30, large amt mucus type with blood tinged liquid . Has small blood clots and clots of mucus . called doc. could only talk to someone in office I do not know. she said not to worry unless I fill three pads. I told her I have already soaked 3 pads. well if it gets worse call back. Has any one else had this problem? I am 65 many medical issues. I even wondered if the motrin could cause bleeding , the nurse said no. Any help will be appreciated. linda

Hi, I really think you should put in another call if only to ease your mind especially if you had already soaked 3 pads I would have thought the Dr. would want to see you.I didn't experience this problem but would have been as concerned as you if I had.Hopefully it will all be okay for you and the rest of your recovery will go smoothly,had you done anything more strenuous before this happened? If I were you I'd keep my feet up as much as possible for the time being until you can speak to the Doc. Best wishes to you.

Thanks, I called thurs. when it happened. Had to speak to three nurses? Was told not to worry this is NORMAL! I called this am and told the same thing. My doctor is 50 miles away. I ask on thurs. to speak with him. told he was in surgery. Ask for doc. on call and they gave me another nurse. SO far no help. thanks Linda
