4 week check-up today

I posted yesterday about feeling a small hole in the vaginal cuff. Have been having increased cramping and redder flow. He took a look inside and said all my sutures are now gone and everything is a little irritated on the cuff. There are a few areas of granulation but he does not want to do the silver nitrate thing right now--said he wanted to see if an antibiotic cream might clear up some of the irritation first. So I am to use Flagyl cream internally for a week and will be seeing my surgeon in 2 weeks for my 6-week check. I hope things are cleared up by then!
