Freezing last night...what's that about?

This was something new. Usually the night sweats take over; however, last night I woke up freezing! What's that about? I even had to put on a long sleeve nightgown. By morning, business as usual occurred...hot flashes.

Anyone else have this? Is it just the whole hormone thing again?

Hi Kathy, Welcome to my world!!! Yes, that is exactly what happens to me. When I wake up thru the night I am either sweating or freezing. My dh laughs at me because he never knows how he will find me in the morning. I either have all the covers wrapped around me or I have nothing on me with the ceiling fan going. Its just your hormones.

That is what I figured....love those hormones. It is pretty funny thinking about it now....flannel pj's in September.

Since my tah I have been freezing all the time I have to wear three layers and socks and still freezing!!!!
