Personality change

Hi Ladies HELP! 6 mths TAH I have always been so easygoing not easily irritated or annoyed but for the last mth have been like a rabid animal. The littlest things get on my nerves.... always been a people person now don't want to be around anyone, growling at my hubby. I am on Climara patch started on .05 had nausea and headache dr reduced to .0375 and added Evening of Primrose. Wondering should I add progesterone cream? Just want to be me again.

Re: Personality change

Sissy,
Usually when I get headaches, it's from not enough estrogen. .0375 is a low dose, perhaps it is not enough and you should've went the other way with your doseage.
