I year post-still have pain near both ovaries

I still have a lot of pain near both of my ovaries and it has been a year since my hyter.
My doctor said I "MAY" have endo in my ovaries.
Any ideas?

I am one year post with both of my ovaries, and still
have pain near or on my right ovary that goes down the
leg and sometimes make my foot numb, I also feel
pain when I go to the rest room
