TLH: Upcoming hysterectomy 6/22 and need assurance

I am 10 day's from my total laproscopic hysterectomy and I have read some scary thing about after the surgery like weight gain severe PMS. I am also nervous because I have had 4 surgery's in my belly button and there not sure they can do the da Vinci. They are gonna try but might have to switch to abdominal during surgery. Has anyone else had this problem if so were they successful in the TLH?

Weight gain with this surgery is not a given. It has been over four years and I have not gained weight. I eat healthy and exercise. Here is an article Weight Gain after Hysterectomy that may provide information. Here is an article on PMS after Hysterectomy.

I have read lots of posts from women whose surgeon did the DaVinci surgery. It just depends on your situation and your doctor.
