tummy tuck question

I guess this is sort of a post op question, but I find more activity here.......so here goes.

I was looking in the mirror........yes, checking out what might be gone soon and a thought hit me. What does the upper abdominal are look like after tummy tuck.........does it mesh with the rest of the tummy.........does it flatten out too? I'd sure hate to be flat lower and puffy upper. My plastic surgeon said she'd make me have a that old waistline again........?? Still a bit scared about that..........I think I focus on that to keep my head away from the hyster.

This is definitely a question for your surgeon. I'm sure it depends at least in part on what your shape is in the first place. If you do a search on the internet you will see pictures of women with flat tummies who are still puffy higher up after tummy tucks. I remember thinking that I wouldn't want that doctor doing mine! Then I wondered how that puffy upstairs would go away if all I had done was a tummy tuck downstairs. . . .

There are many ladies here who have had tummy tucks and can tell you about their own experiences. From what I've seen on here most of them are very happy with their results.
