Exercise and estrogen

if I don't take some more after physical exertion I get electric shocks or buzzing in the head, feeling flushed then chilled, and restless sleep if much at all. so I would rather take some more & sleep.
I'm not sure wat works for me-with regards to exercise. It is worser for me when I do try to incorporate exercise .. I could exercise for 2 yrs after my hyst but after that I had to stop.
I seem to burn off estrogen with any bit of sustained exertion and I take alot. Cutting back made sx even worser. OH YEAH_ Thyroid panel is NORMAL...so can't blame that.

It must be a "Reserve" thing. I think for bioidenticals they don't last long in the body. Orals my or may not stick around--I tried for 2 weeks & couldn't take the lack of sleep , nausea
They seemed in & out of my system within 6-10 hours. Splitting the dose didn't help as it was not enough for that time. The nausea drove me crazy--like bcps--didn't even want to eat.

When I exercise, I can count on a restless night, hot & cold, moody & tired the next day. I've tried to stick with even just walking and after a short period of time I give it up again because my E bottoms out. i've tried orals, patches, gels, creams. nothing seems to last. I just have to watch wat I eat to maintain weight control. Its frustrating as I am sure it would benefit me other ways. I'd rather sleep better at night than to exercise & pay for it. no dr answers here on that.

I'm wondering if cortisol goes up with exercise and I know E lowers cortisol. If your cortisol is high you can't sleep well.
Get really mad at DH who can exercise to his heart's content. He was snipped years ago for birth control and never seemed to suffer from low T. I just don't know how to get ahead of the estrogen fluctuation --to keep the levels from getting too low so I could continue..
Do I start out low? walk EOD just for 5 min? build that up over months??? any suggestion would be appreciated.
Its not that I don't like exercise, I just physically can't since 2 years after the hyst. I use patches plus gel. Heck, I used to run track all my life, just ran because I enjoyed it..It's tough to lose that. I'm not lazy or unmotivated just frustrated.
