I am right there with you sister mine looked like a turkey also. I am dealing with the post op "fun" now but am sooo glad it is gone :-)

Mine was perfectly round and was a bit bigger than a softball. The sad part was my left tube and ovary looked like one of those sad little raw chicken wings. It was just all withered up together. Definitely explained why I had so much pain on that side!
