LAVH Numbness in upper legs

Experiencing numbness in upper legs mostly left leg and it is causing a restless leg sensation making it difficult to sleep . Somtimes it feelasif it is like pins and needles feeling you get after part of your body seems to"fall asleep" and then gets circulation going again .Is anyone else having this problem? Called doctors office warlier in werk she said not unusual that sometes it goes away, sometimes not. Anyhow its a horrible sensation!

I am 2 and 1/2 years post-op and still have numbness in my upper left leg. Sometimes it feels like I have a sunburn, but then when I rub my leg it feels numb.
Also numb on the right side of my incision.
Hope yours goes away....mine didn't.

I have numbness on the top of both legs (a lot more on the right than the left) and numbness around the incision, especially above the middle of the incision. When they gave me my tattoos for my radiation the side ones hurt but I couldn't feel the middle one at all because I'm so numb there.

Idk if this helps I heard of this being a common side effect of being locked in stirrups during our surgeries. I only had issues the first week. I hope you are feeling better soon.
