Evamist Question....when and too much or not enough?

My doctor put me on Evamist. My TAH-BSO (I just figured out today that I needed to add the BSO part...duh)....

Anyway the instructions I remember are "start with one spray a day and you will know if you need more"

BUT....I dont know how to tell if I need more or used too much. I read a few sites and it seems I feel a little of symptoms of both according to it...

Help me ladies...what the heck am I doing? I dont know if this is anything to do with the spray but I am feeling very blue yesterday and today....
