3 weeks post hysterectomy and Woke up with a ton of pain

Im almost 3 weeks post op and woke up from a nap today with intense pain. I was over doing things before but ive been taking it pretty easy the last 5 days. Any ideas on whats going on?

Anything that's intense pain ought to be reported to your doctor.
