SAH 5 weeks post hysterectomy: Pulling sensation in upper right stomach

I am almost 5 weeks n have been feeling great !! Except today I am having a weird pulling pain in my upper right stomach is this normal ? Could I have pulled internal stitches ? It's very uncomfortable

So the pulling turned into burning n pulling I called my dr and he told me it's up to high to have anything to do with my hysterectomy hmm what could it be than ? It's getting worse and hurts to move/walk

What did the problem end up being? I am having the same pull in in my upper right abdomen too?

I have a pulling sensation on the right too and saw my dr for a post op today. He said it was normal to have the pulling and some pain still. I'm 5 weeks post op Thursday.

I am going into week 6 and my experience is pulling means to slow down. Remember they had to pump us with a lot of gas, internally everything is still getting repositioned. Rest and do nothing for a day, maybe ice your belly too.

I am not sure what was causing it but it went away two days later I am assuming I just over did it a little bit. I have been feeling so much better this week.

It is so easy to overdo. I have had times where I am doing great for a couple of days and then wham! But those times are getting less and less.
