Weird pressure a year post hysterectomy...

I had my hysterectomy 13 months ago. They only removed my cervix and uterus! I had a flawless recovery and 0 issues I just turned 30 and I'm 5'5 160lbs. This last week I started getting a lot more active and have been lifting 50lb mulch bags (dozens of them) shoveling dirt working outside etc! I'm super active anyways! I noticed I have been sore all over but felt it normal considering ! Yesterday hubby rebuilt our deck and last night I helped him haul the remnants to our fire pit for a camp fire ...well right after my hysterectomy while I was healing I had weird like shooting nerve pains that would run through (sorry) my clitoris and through my pelvis..and if I stood for a long time I'd get this like pressure feeling in my vagina/vulva...well this started happening last night 😣 And when we tried to have sex sex like internally didn't hurt but like my deep lower pelvic muscles tense and it hurts terribley :/ this morning it's still sore but I'm just taking it easy I even put an ice pack on my lady parts and it's so helpful! I've always been one to push it activity wise I'm just scared reading about prolapses and what not could this just be a case of scar tissue or strained muscles?

Just an update today Sunday...two days later took it easy seems to be almost better ...if this were a prolapse/ hernia I would imagine it wouldn't get better so fast with icing and Tylenol!

Re: Weird pressure a year post op...

Hi Redirish86! I sometimes start worrying about that stuff as well when something unusual happens or brings back memories of the surgery recovery. I also try the usual home remedies and most, if not all times, it works. Good to hear that things are just about back to normal after resting!
