Pms Symptons?????

HI,

4 weeks out from my hysterectomy. Ovaries were left in. My breasts are sore and my stomach feels bloated. It's been so flat since surgery. Had a sharp pain in my left side where my ovary is. Is this my menstration period. How do you know?

When I had my hysterectomy back in 2003 the doctor left my ovaries in. Every month around the time I would have had my period I would have the same PMS symptoms....sore breasts, moody, bloating, pain in my ovaries ect...... the only thing i didn't get was the period so i could handle all that with some ALEVE or Advil or Motrin or what have you. Now I don't have anything except menopause symptoms since i had to have my ovaries out. I hope this helps
