Happy To Be Home

Hello Everyone,
I arrived home from the castle Sunday night. I had a few bowel problems and with those straighten out I am doing much better. I had the opposite reaction. I had no bowel sounds so I was given a suppository and had diahrrea . Than I realised that I was not taking my IBS meds before meals, took my meds and now I am doing alot better. I have no want to eat alot. I have a chocking sensation when I think of food probably the dry heaves and when I eat i am not hungry at all. Other than that no major problems. Over did it a little bit yesterday and I am taking it easy today. Lots of water and short walks and plenty of rest today. My MD sad driving in a week, no heavy lifting and no mattress dancing for a month. I hope to go back to work lite duty in a month. I have been trying to think of something very nice to do for my DH for being so supportive and attentive. He is a Public Official and has meetings and is trying to do all of that plus worry about me. If anyone has any Ideas Icould use a few suggestions. When all is said and done I think waiting was the worse. Goota go and make a lap. Talk to everyone later........

Welcome Home! Would your husband like it if you arranged for him to get a massage? Some men like this sort of thing, some don't - my husband is a bit resistant to such things, but always so relaxed and happy afterwards. Sending best wishes for your recovery.
