Going Under...

I do not know if I was intubated or not. I had LSH....I woke up feeling fine...no sore or scratchy throat. Also, no tube, and my catheter was removed while in recovery. Yea!

I did not need pain meds.....but took half a dose of Oxicondone 6 hours post op, just in case.

I am on Monday too at 2:00. I know that this is a needed surgery, but I am scared to death and driving my husband crazy because I am so cranky.

I had a breathing tube that was removed before I was awake -- or at least before I was aware. :-)

I was expecting a sore throat, but had none. My voice was hoarse for about an hour after I woke up, but I had no other effects from the tube.

Good luck!
