Pre-Op Appt - all went well!

I had my pre-op appointment today and all went wonderfully! I am going for some blood work tomorrow and then I am set for Wednesday. My Doc is fantastic! The risks were all explained and I talked to her about my concerns. What is awesome is I mentioned how when I had my gallbladder out - someone held my hand before I went under. Dr. said the fact I remember that means it is very important to me and she will make sure to hold my hand and I can listen to music but the anesthesiologist also wants to say positive and supportive things as well. Looks like the surgery is going to be about 4 hours. Glad I get to sleep through it!

This is already such a different experience from my gallbladder surgery nearly twenty years ago!

Thank you…very important because I do NOT like having to deal with docs but she is fantastic! I am having LSH and her mentor and teacher is a wonderful doctor. I am lucky to be living where I am.
